CHOWCILLA, CA (October 9, 2019) – The Chowchilla Police Department responded to a hit-and-run crash on 7th Street on Tuesday, October 8.
 
The vehicle vs pedestrian crash happened at around 7th Street and Humboldt Avenue at around 8:05 a.m.
 
Officers responded to the area and found the victim. According to officers, a vehicle struck the juvenile victim who rode a scooter. The vehicle did not stop and fled the scene.
 
Police have not yet released any information on the condition of the victim.
