Sarah Warren Dies after Four-Vehicle Crash on Pinnacle Peak Road in Phoenix

Phoenix, AZ (December 12, 2022) – Sunday afternoon, 23-year-old Sarah Warren died in a four-vehicle crash on Pinnacle Peak and Cave Creek roads.

The fatal crash in Phoenix happened just after 4 p.m. on December 11. 

Phoenix Police said Warren was driving north through a construction zone. The road merged into one, and Warren collided with another car. 

The collision caused Warren’s car to hit a median and then go into the south lanes. Her car was hit by a truck pulling a trailer and another car.

Warren died at the crash scene. No other injuries were reported.
