Monterey Park, CA (January 26, 2021) – On Monday, Santiago Noriega, 56, died in a tragic multi-vehicle crash on the 60 Freeway.
Authorities responded to the crash scene at about 2:30 p.m., near the Atlantic Boulevard off-ramp.
