BAKERSFIELD, CA (September 13, 2022) – Sunday night, Santiago Espinoza Aldana, 52, died in a hit-and-run crash on P Street near Lowell Park.

The deadly accident occurred at about 10:45 p.m. on P Street near Lowell Park.

According to reports, a black sedan struck a man and left the scene.

When the authorities arrived, they found the man who had been hit by the car.
