Sandra Naugle Detained For Striking Police Patrol on Miner Road
Prescott Valley, AZ (January 15, 2021) – On Tuesday, police arrested Sandra Naugle in a DUI crash on Miner Road.
The accident took place at about 7 p.m. on Spouse Drive.
Apparently, the officer was driving when he saw Naugle traveling head-on into his lane.
The officer swerved to avoid being struck. However, the patrol car was still struck on its front passenger side.
As a result, the officer ended up in a drainage ditch. Luckily, he was not injured in the crash.
Meanwhile, his patrol car was still driveable so he got out of the ditch and apprehended Naugle.
The officer booked her into jail on charges of DUI, felony endangerment, aggravated assault on a peace officer, and reckless driving.
The authorities continue to investigate the incident.
Always be a defensive driver. Never drink and drive.
How To Proceed From Crash
While driving is essential for many to move about in their lives, it is one of the most dangerous daily maneuvers. Thus, it is therefore important to know how to proceed in case you find yourself involved in a traffic collision.

Mark Sweet, a personal injury attorney at Sweet Lawyers, says that serious car accident cases may call for a separate investigation spearheaded by an experienced lawyer. A lawyer will make sure victims are not cheated of the proper compensation they are owed.
