Motorcycle vs Car Collision in San Jose Leaves One Dead, Another Arrested
SAN JOSE, CA (November 18, 2018) – One person was killed following a traffic collision between a motorcycle and an SUV Sunday evening in San Jose.
The fatal collision happened just after 7:00 p.m. on 280 Freeway at Meridian Avenue off-ramp.
According to the CHP, the motorcycle collided with a white Cadillac SUV for unknown reasons. San Jose Fire crews responded to the scene and confirmed one fatality as a result of the accident. It was not immediately available if the person killed was the rider or the SUV driver.
Another person involved in the accident was arrested at the scene, but charges and liabilities have not yet been determined.
No identifying information on either party is being released at this time. This incident is still under investigation.
