Pedestrian Struck, Injured by Motorist in San Diego
SAN DIEGO, CA (January 11, 2019) – A 79-year-old pedestrian was hit and injured by a driver early Wednesday on Three Seasons Road Near Covina Street.
The incident happened around 10 a.m. in the 9100 block of Three Seasons Road.
Medics were dispatched to the scene and transported the man to Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla for treatment of life-threatening head trauma. The 36-year-old woman driving the car stayed at the scene and was not believed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Investigators are looking into this crash to determine the events that led to this incident.
