SAN BERNARDINO, CA – One Killed in Crash on 215 Freeway at 5th Street

Van Crashes Center Divider on 215 Freeway in San Bernardino, Fatality Reported

 
SAN BERNARDINO, CA (March 6, 2019) – At least one person was killed following a traffic accident early Wednesday morning in San Bernardino.
 
The fatal crash happened around 3:12 a.m. on 215 Freeway at 5th Street.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, a white Chevrolet van was traveling southbound on 215 Freeway. Soon after, it crashed into the center divider.
 
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene of the accident. They discovered one fatal victim at the scene. The identity of the victim was not immediately available pending the notification of family.
 
All lanes were temporarily stopped for the on-scene investigation.
