Reckless Driving Leads to Crash on 215 Freeway in San Bernardino
SAN BERNARDINO, CA (April 26, 2019) – One person was hurt following a two-car crash Friday morning in San Bernardino.
The crash happened around 11:32 a.m. on southbound 215 Freeway, just South of Baseline Street.
According to the CHP, a black Honda Civic was traveling recklessly when it collided with a brown Toyota Camry.
Dispatchers arrived on the scene and located both cars in the center divider. One of the drivers complained of pain to the chest and was taken by ambulance to a hospital.
The first and HOV lanes were blocked during the rescue and clearing operations.
It is unknown if drugs or alcohol have played a role in the crash, which remains under investigation.
