SAN BERNARDINO, CA (March 15, 2019) – One person was hospitalized following a three-vehicle collision Friday afternoon on 215 Freeway in San Bernardino.
 
The collision happened around 3:49 p.m. along the northbound lanes of the freeway, just South of Palm Avenue.
 
When officers arrived, they located one occupant with head injuries. Emergency crews took the patient to a hospital to receive proper treatment.
 
The first lane of the freeway was blocked while evidence from the scene was collected and photographed. All lanes were re-opened at 4:42 p.m.
 
The vehicles involved were not described and the cause of the crash has not yet been determined. Further investigation is underway.
