1 Dead in Monterey County Accident on Armstrong Road and McFadden Road
MONTEREY COUNTY, CA (August 5, 2021) – Wednesday morning, a Salinas resident died in a hit-and-run crash on Armstrong Road and McFadden Road.
According to the CHP, the incident occurred on Armstrong Road and McFadden Road.
According to a witness, a gray minivan struck the 28-year-old Salinas resident working in an agricultural field. Then, the vehicle didn’t stop and immediately fled the scene.
At this time, the CHP described the suspect vehicle as a gray minivan.
The CHP asked anyone in the area about 5:55 a.m. or if someone spotted a southbound van on McFadden Road during the crash. They urged them to contact CHP’s 24/7 hotline at 831-796-2160.
