Late Evening Pedestrian Accident on Franklin Boulevard in Sacramento

 
SACRAMENTO, CA (December 5, 2018) – A pedestrian was down on the road after being hit by car late Wednesday evening in Sacramento, CHP officials said.
 
The incident happened around 11:55 p.m. at the intersection of Franklin Boulevard and C Parkway.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, a blue Toyota Camry hit a female pedestrian, sending the victim down on the roadway.
 
Fire crews along with paramedics responded to the scene and took the woman to a medical facility for proper evaluation. The identity and the condition of the patient were not immediately known.
 
Details are sparse on what exactly transpired and liability has not yet been determined. Further investigation of this incident is underway.
