SACRAMENTO, CA – One Hospitalized in Rollover Crash on Highway 99 at Mack Road

Three Vehicles Collide, One Overturns on Highway 99 in Sacramento

 
SACRAMENTO, CA (January 14, 2019) – One person was hospitalized following a rollover crash Monday evening on northbound Highway 99 at Mack Road on-ramp.
 
The crash happened around 7:21 p.m. involving a maroon 1999 Jeep Cherokee and two other vehicles.
 
Details of how the crash occurred were not immediately available, but the Jeep had overturned into a ditch, where it landed on its side. A chain-link fence and a metal pole were also reportedly damaged from the crash.
 
One occupant was injured and transported to UC Davis Medical Center for treatment.
 
The overturned vehicle was towed away from the wreckage.
 
An ongoing investigation continues to determine the ultimate cause of the accident and liability.
