Phoenix, AZ (December 11, 2021) – Saturday, 26-year-old Ryan Rapanot died in a hit-and-run crash on 19th Avenue and Glendale Avenue.
The fatal hit-and-run crash in Phoenix happened at around 12:30 a.m. on December 11.
Phoenix Police said the victim was believed to have walked in the roadway and was lying down when he was struck by a car.
Police said he suffered fatal injuries. However, the vehicle did not stop after the collision and fled the scene.
No vehicle description was immediately available.
