1 Dead in Red Bluff Two-Vehicle Accident on Highway 99 West

 
RED BLUFF, CA (March 3, 2022) – Wednesday, Ryan Myerssias from Gerber died in a head-on crash on Highway 99 West.
 
The incident happened at about 12:40 p.m. on Highway 99 West near the Red Bluff Walmart Distribution Center. According to reports, 56-year-old Charles Williams of Ramona drove a semi-truck south on Highway 99 West at 40 mph.
 
Meanwhile, 25-year-old Ryan Myerssias headed north on Highway 99 west at an unknown speed. Then, one of the drivers drove across the divider line, causing the two vehicles to collide head-on.
 
As a result, Myerssias succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
 
At this time, the cause of the crash remains under investigation. Furthermore, CHP urged anyone who witnessed the incident to contact (530)-527-2035.
