LOS ANGELES, CA (December 13, 2019) – A 47-year-old man died in a hit-and-run pedestrian crash on Avalon Boulevard on December 11.
 
The authorities obtained a new surveillance video that can aid them in finding the hit-and-run driver.
 
The incident occurred on Avalon Boulevard and 81st street. According to reports, a black Ford Fusion struck 47-year old Rufino Miranda while he crossed the street.
 
The hit-and-run driver traveled 150 feet with Miranda on the hood, before stopping hard and throwing off Miranda to the pavement.
 
Responders took Rufino Miranda to the hospital where he later died.
