1 Killed and 6 Hospitalized in Calistoga Accident on Porter Creek Road near Franz Valley Road
CALISTOGA, CA (November 2, 2021) – Saturday night, Rosa Cachu and 5 others sustained injuries in a deadly crash on Porter Creek Road.
According to California Highway Patrol, witnesses say the accident at around 10:30 p.m.
Moreover, it took place on Porter Creek Road near the Franz Valley Road intersection.
Reports revealed that a westbound Ford Fusion veered towards the eastbound lane. Then, it collided head-on with a Toyota Highlander.
Moreover, officials confirmed that the Toyota driver, Rosa Cachu of Calistoga, and her five passengers, aged from 8 to 12, sustained minor to moderate injuries.
Paramedics transported the six patients to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital for treatment.
Furthermore, responders pronounced the Ford driver dead at the scene.
