Ronnie Wetzel and Family Injured in Crippling Rollover Crash on Highway 136 [Borger, TX]

Injuries Reported in Borger Traffic Accident on Highway 136

BORGER, TX (July 18, 2023) – On Sunday, Ronnie Wetzel and his family sustained injuries in a crippling rollover crash on Highway 136.

The incident happened on Highway 136, west of Borger.

According to reports, a vehicle rear-ended a Dodge Caravan Minivan for still unknown reasons. Then, the force of the crash pushed the minivan to roll over multiple times.

Moreover, responders airlifted a passenger of the vehicle, to BSA in Amarillo with six broken ribs and a collapsed lung. Then, paramedics transported the vehicle driver, Ronnie Wetzel with unknown injuries, his son with a broken nose, and his three other kids with cuts and scrapes.

At this time, the cause of the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the authorities continued to investigate the crash.
