Rialto Motorcyclist Ronald Smith Dies in Colton Accident
COLTON, CA (June 23, 2019) – A man died following a motorcycle crash Sunday evening at the intersection of Randall Avenue and Eucalyptus Avenue.
The man has been identified Monday by the San Bernardino County Coroner Division officials as Ronald Smith, 48, of Rialto.
At about 7:13 p.m., Smith was riding his motorcycle when he collided with another vehicle at the intersection. The impact ejected Smith from his bike.
He suffered fatal injuries and police pronounced him dead at the scene.
However, the authorities did not reveal any other details on the other motorist involved. In addition, they did not announce other information regarding the circumstances of the fatal accident to the public.
The cause of the crash was being investigated by the Police Department’s Major Accident Investigation Team.
