Ronald Dixon of Nevada Dies After Crash on State Route 74 in Peoria

Peoria, AZ (August 23, 2024) – On Thursday afternoon, 22-year-old Ronald Dixon of Nevada died in a crash on State Route 74.

The incident happened around 4 p.m. near State Route 74 and Lake Pleasant Parkway. 

According to police, a silver Sonata was turning left onto SR-74 when it collided with a black Ford F-150. 

Both occupants of the Sonata were transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, and one of them, 22-year-old Ronald Dixon of Nevada, later succumbed to his injuries. 

The driver of the Ford F-150 was uninjured and stayed at the scene. 

The crash remains under investigation by Peoria police.
