4 People Injured in Startling Rollover ATV Accident on San Francisquito Road [Merced, CA]

Injuries Reported in Merced ATV Crash on San Francisquito Road and Bee Canyon Road

MERCED, CA (November 25, 2024) – Sunday morning, a startling rollover ATV accident on San Francisquito Road injured 4 people.

The incident happened just before 10:43 a.m. on San Francisquito Road and Bee Canyon Road, said Supervising Fire Dispatcher Imy Velderrain.  

Firefighters responded to the accident at 10:43 a.m., with the first engine arriving at 11:15 a.m., according to Velderrain.
Four people were treated at the scene following a rollover ATV accident, as reported by radio dispatch.

Three individuals sustained minor injuries and did not require transport, while one was airlifted to a trauma center for a laceration on their arm, Velderrain said.

Helicopter 15 transported the patient to Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital. Their current condition remains unknown at this time.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.

Due to the limited information available, the authorities continued to investigate the crash.
