IRWINDALE, CA (February 12, 2019) – A man was killed following a multi-vehicle crash late Tuesday afternoon in Irwindale.
 
The fatal crash happened around 5:00 p.m. on northbound 605 Freeway, also known as San Gabriel River Freeway, at Los Angeles Street.
 
The exact number of vehicles involved and the circumstances of the crash were not immediately available, but one person did not survive and was declared dead at the scene.
 
The victim has been identified Wednesday as a 43-year-old Rogelio Gallegos. His home town was not known.
