Ontario, CA (February 13, 2024) – A 46-year-old driver, Roberto Hernandez of Whitter, sustained fatal injuries following an E Mission Boulevard collision Monday morning.

The Ontario Police Department officers responded at 6:59 a.m. on January 29 to the traffic accident on S Sterling Avenue.
