Robert Howland Faces Charges in Suspected DUI Crash on E Appleway Boulevard [Liberty Lake, WA]

Liberty Lake, WA (September 7, 2024) – 83-year-old Robert Howland is facing charges following a suspected DUI crash on E Appleway Boulevard Thursday night.

The authorities responded at 8:20 p.m. to the traffic collision on Spokane Bridge Road.

When the officers arrived, they determined Robert Howland drove straight on a curve and struck the two women in their motorcycles head-on.

As a result, the women incurred serious injuries. They are expected to recover from their injuries.
