Tucson, AZ (October 9, 2024) – On Friday morning, 60-year-old pedestrian Robert Brewer died in a crash on Ajo Way.  

The Pima County Sheriff’s Department announced on Tuesday that a 60-year-old pedestrian died after a collision.

According to PCSD, Robert Brewer was walking south across Ajo Way and pushing a shopping cart at 5:30 a.m. when a westbound 2015 Dodge Dart struck him, causing him to pass away at the scene.

No other injuries were reported, and the investigation is still ongoing. The department also noted that it was dark at the time of the incident.
