Roads Blocked in Los Angeles Rollover Crash
LOS ANGELES, CA (September 25, 2019) – Roads are closed after a rollover crash on 605 Freeway on September 24.
According to reports, a big rig and a passenger vehicle collided around 1:42 a.m. on 605 Freeway near 60 Freeway, CHP Officer Tony Polizzi said.
The overturned big rig spilled fuel, leaving authorities to issue a SigAlert and close all southbound lanes.
Authorities also administered an alternate route from the freeway to Valley Boulevard.
Meanwhile, Larry Adams, the big rig driver, revealed that he traveled from the high desert to South Gate with a load of limestone when he noticed that his truck begin to fishtail.
“I almost went over the bridge so … you think about your family when it happens,” Adams added.
No one suffered any injury in the crash.
