Myrtletown, CA (July 16, 2020) – Wednesday afternoon, a reported road rage incident at Myrtle and Harrison Avenues.
The collision happened at around 5 p.m. on July 15. Reports say the traffic collision involved a black Hyundai sedan and a white Ford Focus at the intersection.
The Focus stopped at a red light when the sedan rear-ended the Focus, causing it to collide with a dark-coloured Toyota Tacoma. However, the Toyota Tacoma left the scene.
Deputies then responded and assisted the involved parties. No one sustained injury.
While on the scene, the Sedan’s driver, a 23-year-old Desiree Sonya Fernandez told deputies she intentionally rammed her vehicle into the Focus because she felt the driver moved too slow.
