Riley Froom of Riverside Dies in Hit-and-Run Crash on Indiana Avenue [Riverside, CA]

Riverside, CA (November 17, 2021) – On Tuesday, 67-year-old Riley Froom of Riverside suffered fatal injuries in a hit-and-run crash on Indiana Avenue.

The authorities received the crash report at about 5:50 p.m near Monroe Street.

Investigating officers said Froom entered the roadway from the northern curb of Indiana Avenue and was struck by an eastbound vehicle.

Witnesses said Froom was outside of the crosswalk when the crash happened.

Responders rushed him to Riverside Community Hospital where he died.

Meanwhile, the involved driver fled the accident scene, and the offices did not provide a description of the suspect vehicle.
