Quincy DUI Crash Kills Rigoberto Marmolejo Garcia, Christopher Crisostomo Arrested
Quincy, WA (August 12, 2021) – On Wednesday, 31-years-old Rigoberto Marmolejo Garcia from Royal City, and another, died in a vehicle crash on State Route 283.
The fatal crash took place at about 3:30 p.m. at the intersection with Adams Road.
Officers said a truck driven by 37-year-old Christopher Crisostomo failed to stop at a stop sign at the crossing and collided into another Garcia’s vehicle.
Unfortunately, Garcia, and his 52-years-old passenger from Moses Lake, lost their lives in the accident.
Meanwhile, officers charged Crisostomo with two counts of vehicular homicide.
The Washington State Patrol said drugs or alcohol played a factor in the fatal incident.
