Ontario Motorcycle Accident on 10 Freeway
ONTARIO, CA (September 12, 2019) – A rider became hospitalized after a hit-and-run accident on 10 Freeway eastbound on Thursday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened near the intersection of 4th Street at approximately 6:47 AM. Based on a report, witnesses saw the motorcyclist sitting on the ground after a collision with a black Nissan Frontier. In addition, another vehicle that hit the bike fled the scene after the accident.
The paramedics arrived for medical attention. After that, they sent the victim to San Antonio Regional Hospital for treatment.
Towing services arrived for a clearing operation.
An investigation is ongoing to identify and locate the hit-and-run vehicle.
