Man Killed in Ceres Pedestrian Accident on Service Road and Esmar Road

 
CERES, CA (October 31, 2022) – Friday night, a deadly crash on Service Road and Esmar Road involved Rick Nail Jr.
 
The incident happened just after 7:00 p.m. on Service Road and Esmar Road.
 
According to reports, Ricky Nail Je of Ripon drove west in a 2001 Chevrolet pickup. Then, he saw a pedestrian on the road. Unfortunately, he couldn’t avoid hitting the 23-year-old Oakland man.
 
Afterward, Nail pulled over and reported to 911.
 
Then, responders transported the man via ambulance to Doctors Medical Center, where he succumbed to injuries.
 
Meanwhile, officers confirmed that Nail suffered no injuries in the crash.
 
Also, the authorities haven’t disclosed the identity of the deceased due to pending family notification.
