San Bernardino, CA (March 4, 2023) – On Sunday, a 29-year-old driver, Richard Ruiz of Hesperia, died in an Interstate 15 traffic collision.
The authorities responded to the crash scene at about 11:33 a.m. on the northbound freeway, northeast of Swarthout Canyon Road. and Cajon Boulevard.
