Kilgore, TX (July 1, 2024) – Emergency rescuers responded to a traffic crash on Interstate 20 Sunday afternoon.

It was past 4 p.m. when the traffic accident happened near Highway 42.

The accident report stated that a silver SUV was severely damaged on its front and sides. Also, a vehicle pulling a cattle trailer with animals in the trailer was involved in the collision.

Moreover, two medical helicopters and several ambulances responded to the scene.

Troopers asked drivers to avoid the area and diverted traffic to FM 1252.
