Wrong-Way Driver Causes Head-On Crash on 10 Freeway in Redlands, Injuries Reported
REDLANDS, CA (December 22, 2018) – Three people were hospitalized following a wrong-way crash early Saturday morning in Redlands.
The crash happened around 12:13 a.m. on westbound 10 Freeway at Orange Street on-ramp.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a gray sedan was traveling the wrong-way when it collided head-on with another sedan.
Crews arriving on scene found three injured occupants and transported them to a hospital. The extent of injuries sustained and the condition of the victims were not immediately available.
Police closed several lanes of the freeway while they worked to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
