SUV Stuck in Center Divide from Crash on Route 44 in Redding
REDDING, CA (December 23, 2017) – One injured in two SUV collision reported on State Route 44 Saturday evening.
The crash between two vehicles, a grey Subaru Outback and a grey Ford Explorer, was reported at 7:11 PM. According to the California Highway Patrol, the Ford was on the right hand shoulder, while the Subaru was stuck in the center divide.
Witnesses stated that two females were standing outside of their vehicle on the right shoulder and sustained minor injuries.The driver of the Subaru seemed to be stuck in the car. The paramedics were called for medical attention, but there is no update on the health of the victims involved.
The cause for the accident is still unknown, and the authorities are investigating.
