Police Investigate Crash on Interstate 10 in San Antonio

San Antonio, TX (May 9, 2024) – Wednesday night, fire crews extracted a person trapped in a vehicle following a crash on Interstate 10.

San Antonio Police reported that a vehicle had stalled in a lane just past Vance Jackson Road, which police then blocked off for protection. 

The driver of the stalled vehicle later switched lanes and a second vehicle rear-ended it. 

The driver of the second vehicle could not exit the car, prompting fire crews to assist, according to authorities. 

Police reported only minor injuries at the scene. No additional information was provided.
