Raymundo Garcia Killed in 101 Freeway Multi-Vehicle Crash [Calabasas, CA]

Calabasas, CA (January 18, 2023) – On Monday, Raymundo Garcia, 21, of Oxnard, lost his life in a 101 Freeway multi-vehicle crash.

The fatal collision took place at about 9:15 p.m. on the westbound freeway at Las Virgenes Road. 

Responding officers rescuers freed two people from their vehicle and unfortunately, declared Raymundo Garcia, dead at the scene.

The California Highway Patrol said that anywhere between 8 and 10 cars were involved in the collision wherein multiple cars overturned.

In the meantime, officers are still investigating the Calabasas vehicle collision.
