San Bernardino, CA (March 25, 2021) – On Wednesday, 51-year-old Raymond Tsuchimoto, a San Bernardino resident, died in a multi-vehicle crash on North Arrowhead Avenue.
 
The fatal accident took place at 8:29 a.m. at the intersection of Highland Avenue.
 
Immediately, responders transported Tsuchimoto to St. Bernardine Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 8:56 AM.
 
Meanwhile, the San Bernardino Police Department investigated the incident.
