Ray Stickinger Perished in Tragic 2-Vehicle Crash on FM 85 [Henderson County, TX]

Henderson County, TX (October 17, 2023) On Friday afternoon, 50-year-old Ray Stickinger of Mabank, died after a tragic 2-vehicle crash on FM 85.

According to a Texas DPS, the fatal motorcycle crash happened around 2:53 p.m. on FM 85.

Reports say that an eastbound Kenworth truck tractor 18-wheeler, driven by 33-year-old Kyle Harmon of Merryville, LA, turned in front of Stickinger riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle west on FM 85. Officials say that the motorcyclist crashed into the big rig.

Authorities say that the Mabank man died at UT Health Gun Barrel. Meanwhile, Harmon escaped injuries.

DPS is investigating the fatal motorcycle crash and have not released further details at this time.
