Ray Flanders Killed in San Bernardino County Accident on 15 Freeway
SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, CA (January 6, 2021) – On Saturday, Ray Sherrill Flanders died in a crash on Interstate 15 and Minneola Road.
According to authorities, at around 3:55 p.m., they received a 911 call about a crash.
Moreover, it happened on the northbound lanes of Interstate 15, just north of Minneola Road in Yermo.
Reports revealed that a 2006 Mercedes lost control and veered off the roadway. The car then colliding with another vehicle.
Then, the Mercedes rolled over multiple times before coming to rest in the desert area between Interstate 15 and Yermo Road.
Afterward, responders pronounced 83-year-old Ray Sherrill Flanders of La Palma California, driver of the Mercedes, dead at the scene.
The incident is under the California Highway Patrols’ investigation.
