Passenger Injured, Driver Raven Louis Antiste Arrested in Deming DUI Crash
Deming, WA (June 14, 2021) – On Saturday, a passenger was injured while police arrested 30-year-old Raven Antiste in State Route 9 DUI crash.
The accident took place at about 10:30 p.m. south of Strand Road.
Immediately, emergency responders transported the passenger to PeaceHealth St Joseph Medical Center.
Officers said drugs and/or alcohol were involved in the accident. Also, neither Antiste nor the passenger were wearing their seatbelts during the crash.
As a result, they booked Antiste into Whatcom County Jail with charges of suspicion of driving under the influence, vehicular assault and reckless endangerment.
