Motorcyclist Randall Jacob Miller Dead After Crash on Wilmot Road in Tucson
Tucson, AZ (April 23, 2024) – On Monday evening, 29-year-old Randall Jacob Miller died in a crash on Wilmot Road.
Randall Jacob Miller was riding his motorcycle south on Wilmot Road around 6:30 p.m., when a Toyota Rav4 traveling north struck him as it attempted to make a left turn onto East Fairmount Street, according to the Tucson Police Department.
Emergency responders transported Miller to St. Joseph’s Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, the news release stated.
The Rav4’s driver, a 19-year-old woman, sustained minor injuries and also received treatment at St. Joseph’s Hospital.
TPD said the 19-year-old was not impaired at the time of the crash.
Although Miller was wearing a helmet, he did not possess the proper motorcycle endorsement on his driver’s license, the news release mentioned.
The investigation into the crash is still ongoing.
