Pursuit Ends with Santa Clarita Accident on 14 Freeway and Soledad Canyon Road
SANTA CLARITA, CA (February 25, 2021) – Tuesday morning, authorities arrested a pursuit suspect after a crash on 14 Freeway and Soledad Canyon Road.
After 10:00 a.m., a CHP officer tried to stop a Kia anted for speeding on the northbound 14 Freeway near Golden Valley Road.
However, the vehicle continued north on 14 Freeway at speeds reaching 130 mph.
Then, the chase exited the freeway at Agua Dulce Canyon Road. The high-speed suspect headed south on Soledad Canyon Road.
However, the suspect tried to re-enter the northbound 14 Freeway at Soledad Canyon Road. Afterward, she crashed with two other vehicles.
The officials confirmed that the crash didn’t lead to any major injuries.
