Pursuit Crash on Wishon Avenue Injures 3 People [Fresno, CA]

People Hospitalized in Traffic Accident Near Clinton Avenue

Fresno, CA (March 7, 2023) – At about 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, three people sustained injuries following a pursuit crash on Wishon Avenue.

According to the incident report, deputies attempted to pull over a southbound driver on Wishon Avenue but the male driver sped off. 

Then, immediately, the driver collided with an eastbound car near Clinton Avenue.

Three people in the other car sustained injuries and were taken to a local hospital in unknown condition.

Moreover, the authorities sought the driver on felony warrants and was driving with an expired registration. There were also burglary tools in the vehicle. The authorities took the driver to the hospital with a complaint of pain. 

Officers said the suspect will be arrested after his recovery.
