Injuries Reported in Bakersfield Auto Accident on Taft Highway and Old River Road
BAKERSFIELD, CA (September 15, 2022) – Wednesday morning, Princedeep Joshan and others suffered injuries in a DUI crash on Taft Highway.
The incident happened at about 12:30 a.m. on Old River Road and Taft Highway.
According to reports, a vehicle crashed into a home and burst into flames.
When the responders arrived, they quickly extinguished the fire and all occupants managed to get out.
Meanwhile, 26-year-old vehicle driver Madison Williams sustained minor injuries. Then, authorities arrested and booked her into the Kern County Jail on felony driving under the influence charges
During the crash, 25-year-old Princedeep Joshan, his 25-year-old wife Rajwinder Joshan, his 61-year-old father Balwinder Joshan, and 21-month-old Rohundeep Joshan occupied the house. Officers confirmed that all four of them were hurt when the ceiling fell on them.
Moreover, responders confirmed that responders took the 21-month-old to a children’s hospital with a fractured skull, broken arm, and other internal injuries.
