Federal Way Collision Caused Power Outages
FEDERAL WAY, WA (July 16, 2019) – A collision on Willow Road near Alexander Avenue caused a power outage in Federal Way on July 14.
The crash involving two trucks and a carrying crane occurred between Willow Road E and Alexander Avenue. The incident also shut down the Pacific Highway.
According to reports, a truck clipped the crane carried by the second truck. It then swung off the road and crashed into a power pole.
The Fife Police Department revealed that homes and businesses experienced power outages.
The cleanup will take more than ten hours. However, police did not release any additional information regarding the accident at this time. An investigation is ongoing.
