2 Hospitalized after Glendale Car Crash on 75th Avenue

 
GLENDALE, AZ (June 19, 2020) – Early Wednesday afternoon, a car accident on 75th Avenue involved a police officer.
 
According to Officer Tiffany Ngalula, the crash occurred at a gas station at 75th Avenue and Glendale Avenue. The officers responded to the crash scene at about 1:36 p.m.
 
The initial reports revealed that two people were fighting at the gas station. Then, a white-colored suspect vehicle escaped the area and headed east on Glendale Avenue. Afterward, the car hit an officer driving west on the same roadway.
 
The officials revealed that the involved officer was responding to the scene when the crash occurred.
 
The male suspect and the officer were both transported to hospitals. Furthermore, their conditions remain unknown at this time.
 
Meanwhile, the authorities closed a stretch of Glendale Avenue after the crash.
