1 Hurt in El Cajon Hit-and-Run Crash on Avocado Avenue and Washington Avenue
EL CAJON, CA (December 15, 2020) – Monday morning, a police officer suffered injuries in an accident on Avocado Avenue and Washington Avenue.
The incident happened at about 8:35 a.m. as the officer was on foot. Then, a black SUV, probably a Ford hit the officer on Avocado Avenue and Washington Avenue.
Afterward, responders took the El Cajon police officer to a hospital for treatment. However, the extent of his injuries remains undisclosed.
Furthermore, the authorities closed Washington Avenue between Magnolia Avenue and Avocado Avenue during the investigation.
