No Injuries in Roanoke Auto Accident on US Highway 377 and State Highway 114
ROANOKE, TX (December 15, 2024) – Last Friday, a police chase led to a crash on US Highway 377 and State Highway 114.
The incident began at about 11:00 a.m. when authorities received a report of a suspicious vehicle believed to be involved in a catalytic converter theft across the metroplex.
The vehicle was first seen on Morningside Drive in Roanoke, where a Roanoke officer attempted a traffic stop. The driver did not yield and fled north on US Highway 377, then east onto State Highway 114.
During the pursuit, the officer collided with a third, uninvolved vehicle in Westlake. The suspect’s vehicle was not part of the crash or immediately located.
Medics evaluated the officer and the third vehicle’s driver at the scene, but neither required hospital transport. The Keller Police Department handled the crash investigation.
The suspects were later apprehended by Grapevine Police, and potential charges remain under investigation.
