Unidentified Passengers Injured in Hit-and-Run Collision near Pawnee Road in Apple Valley
Apple Valley, CA (April 27, 2020) – Early Sunday evening, a pickup-truck driver fled the scene after an auto crash on Highway 18.
Apple Valley Police first received collision reports around 6:03 p.m., on April 26. Dispatched officers arrived and located a white Honda Civic on the scene.
An unknown driver was driving a black lifted GMC Sierra pickup-truck through the intersection of Highway 18 and Pawnee Road. There, the driver collided with a white Honda Civic.
The pickup-truck driver failed to stop and fled heading northbound on Pawnee Road.
Furthermore, the occupants inside the Honda sustained minor injuries as a result of the impact.
